Load-sharing and voltage regulation are key challenges in low dc microgrid systems. Droop-based decentralized control methods used to grids which cannot achieve these simultaneously due unequal voltages load power variations. Centralized schemes can using high bandwidth communication. However, the failure of a single central controller degrade performance reliability. In addition, cascaded proportional-integral (PI) type controllers current loop each electronic converter. These suffer stability show slower dynamic responses.
